Where that contract is with someone you represent (or are employed by), our lawful basis for processing this information is our legitimate interest in negotiating and performing contracts for our services with the person you represent (or are employed by) or fulfilling our contractual and regulatory obligations in relation to such services.

When you submit an order, your data is encrypted with secure server software to protect the data from unauthorised access. We will not sell any personal data you provide to us to another entity.

Sharing your data with trusted third parties

As a global domain registrar we are accredited with numerous domain registries and bodies like ICANN. We may be required to share your personal data with ICANN, registry providers and other trusted third party payment processors (including, but not limited to, vendors who provide fraud detection services to us) to perform the Services.

  • ICANN, domain name registries and suppliers to provide our services;
  • law enforcement agencies in connection with any investigation to help prevent unlawful activity;
  • third parties if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Com Laude, our clients, or others. This includes, but is by no means limited to, exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection, credit risk reduction, domain name disputes and international sanctions compliance and preventing internet abuse; and

Opting out of marketing

You can request to stop receiving marketing messages at any time by contacting us. Age Restrictions

Our services are available for purchase only for those over the age of 18. Our services are not targeted, intended or designed to be sold to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of the child's parent or guardian.

Changes in our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this Privacy Policy, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
