Qualified members of the health industry—health-related brands, organizations, and individuals—may register a .health domain name during the Industry Access Period. Registrations during this period require a verification token* provided by the .Health Registry. Registrants must be able to demonstrate to the Registrar and Registry, upon request, that they hold the applicable license(s).

Exclusive Registration is Limited to:

• Those who provide healthcare (physicians/provider networks and associations; hospitals/facilities)
• Those who provide health information (informational sites; healthcare workflow companies)
• Those who market health products (pharmaceutical companies; other health-related products)
• Those in the broader health and wellness space (fitness/nutrition) Health-tech companies

This may depend on what phase of the launch we are in, but during General Availability .health registrations should take no more than 24 hours.

.health domain names must comply with the following:

1. Minimum of 1 and a maximum of 63 characters;
2. Begin with a letter or a number and end with a letter or a number;
3. May contain letters (i.e., a-z, A-Z), numbers (i.e. 0-9) and dashes (-), and may not:
   1. Begin or end with a dash
   2. Contain a dash in the third or fourth positions (respectively)
   3. Include a space
