(b) Registered Charity: An unincorporated organization, association, or club registered under the Charities Act; and any subsequent amendment thereto.
2.2 There is no restriction on the number of .BM ccTLD Domain Names that a single entity can register.
2.3 The Domain Name .GOV.BM is reserved for the Government of Bermuda.
2.4 The Domain Name .EDU.BM is reserved for valid local Educational Institutions.
2.5 The BermudaNIC Registrar shall register Domain Names on a first come, first served basis.
2.6 The registration shall be for an indefinite period.
2.7 All Registration Requests will be subject to the following rules regarding admissible Domain Names:
a) Acceptable Characters
No characters other than a combination of the following characters may be included in a Domain Name Registration:
i. Letters a through z (no accents of any kind will be accepted). Note that Domain Names are not case sensitive. This means there will be no distinction made between upper case letters and lower case letters.
ii. The numbers 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and/or 9; and
iii. The hyphen character (although it cannot be used to start or end a Domain Name).

2.8 The Domain Name must not be defamatory, libellous, slanderous, obscene, abusive, offensive, threatening and/or immoral.
2.9 A Domain Name may be revoked if found to be in contravention of published policies and procedures.
2.10 A Domain Name may be suspended or revoked if the BermudaNIC Registrar is directed by a court of competent jurisdiction.
2.11 A Domain Name may be cancelled or redelegated at any stage where the Registrant does not comply with these requirements or fails to meet any liabilities in connection with the registration or use of the Domain Name.
2.12 For Registration Purposes there shall be at least two configured and working name servers with addresses specified at the time of application.
2.13 Upon application for registration of a new Domain Name, the Registrant agrees to be bound by all published policies and terms of service. Where the Registrant makes use of an agent, the agent agrees that it has made its client aware of all policies and that the client agrees to be bound by those policies.
2.14 The BermudaNIC Registrar reserves the right to change any and all policies at any time, providing that such policy changes become effective upon posting on this and other websites.
