Sunrise (May 3, 2012 – September 21, 2012) – Exclusively available to trademark holders. Your trademark can be registered anywhere in the world, but must have been registered before March 1, 2011.

Local Sint Maarten Corporate and Personal Priority (September 22, 2012 - October 21, 2012) - Companies registered on Sint Maarten and local residents.

Landrush (October 22, 2012 – November 11, 2012) – A great opportunity for Companies without trademarks to acquire your .SX domain names. Applicant can be based anywhere and there are no restrictions.

General Availability (November 12, 2012) – No requirements. Requests allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
