The problem we were having were high costs, our current supplier portal was quite restricted, plus we needed different SSL certificates from different providers and certificate authorities.

The Solution

What process was taken to solve your problem?

Safenames submitted their tender and it showed they were more appropriate to what we needed to do. Moving our SSLs to Safenames reduced our cost by 50%.

Their portal had the ability to have alerts scheduled, easier to log into and manage and view our SSLs all in one central place. We are able to use multiple certificate vendors, plus able to contact our account manager directly.
